More toms, more voices and more freedom to shape the sound around the music.

Created around its owner’s playing needs, this custom kit expands on a traditional Jazette-style set-up. An 18"x14" bass drum is paired with 10"x7" and 12"x8" rack toms, plus 14"x13" and 16"x15" floor toms, offering greater flexibility and a broader range of sounds to explore in the studio or on stage.

Its vertical-grain birch shells are finished in hand-oiled Applewood, complemented by chrome hardware. Internal dampers are fitted for controlling unwanted overtones, with Evans drumheads used throughout.

When the grain looks this good, it deserves to be seen.

This 14"x7" snare drum was built as part of the expansive 20-shell BAY Custom Studios drum kit. Its vertical-grain birch shell is finished in high-gloss “Natural Poplar Burr”, bringing out the distinctive grain and natural character of the wood.

It is fitted with die-cast hoops and an internal damper, allowing unwanted overtones to be controlled whenever required.

This wasn’t a stave shell, nor was it assembled from separate blocks. The shell was cut directly from solid granite through a lengthy and painstaking process, creating one of the most unusual and memorable drums we’ve ever made.

Precision doesn’t have to come at the expense of warmth.

Built around a 14"x5" handmade vertical-grain birch shell, this snare delivers a clean, precise response and a lovely bright tone, whilst retaining the natural warmth of birch.

Its high-gloss “Cherry Red over Birch” finish allows the wood grain to remain visible beneath the rich red colour, complemented by chrome hardware and triple-flanged hoops. An internal damper is also fitted for controlling unwanted overtones whenever required.

A closer look at “The One” - our flagship 14"x6" handmade medium-thick vertical-grain birch snare drum.

Finished in “Piano Black” with chrome hardware and die-cast hoops, it delivers crisp articulation at higher tunings and rich, full warmth when tuned low.

From warm and rounded to crisp and defined, this snare drum, finished in “White Macassar”, covers plenty of ground.

Built with a 14"x5.5" handmade vertical-grain birch shell, the drum has a beautiful tone and responds confidently across a broad tuning range. At lower tensions, it offers a fuller voice; tighten it up and it develops a sharp, articulate bite whilst retaining its musical character.

Its hand-oiled “White Macassar” wooden finish highlights the natural grain, whilst the chrome hardware and die-cast hoops provide a clean contrast. An internal damper is also fitted for controlling unwanted overtones whenever required.
