BOTANICAL PRINT T-SHIRT WORKSHOP 🌱🌸🌿🌼

Explore the fascinating art of cyanotype photography and create a beautiful hand printed t-shirt.

We'll work with dried and fresh plant samples to design your own personalised shirt. Both men's and women's sizes are available, and all are welcome!

Join me for drinks and crafts and a wonderful social sewing evening at Fairycroft House on Sat 20 June 🥂🪡🖌️

You'll make your own hand-stitched, hand-painted scrunchies to take away. I'll show you how to make your scrunchies using two simple stitches. Then you can run wild with the paints to make them your own.

These sessions are super relaxed and great for beginners and experienced sewists alike. All of the materials are prepared in advance - needles threaded and knots tied. No frustrating faff, just straight to the fun bit!

Excited to share that I'll be running my Creative Darning workshop again this June. This time I'll be in Saffron Walden with the wonderful Sew Susie.

This is the perfect opportunity to learn a new mindful skill, and hopefully keep some clothes out of landfill at the same time.

I love visible mending because it's such a great way to start thinking about the value of our clothes in a different way, and this plaid darning technique is one of my favorites, beacuse it offers so much opportunity for personal style and creativity.

These pictures are from the last workshop I ran at Haddenham Arts Centre. Some people brought along their own garments to darn, whilst others made practice pieces. I was a really great afternoon, so bring on the next one!

This is going to be a really fun one - we're stitching and painting silk scrunchies. I've been wearing mine almost everyday, and I can't wait to see what you all create.

You can choose between two sizes - regular and oversized - and play around with whatever colours and styles take your fancy.
