Painting was one of my favourite activities. However, adulthood brought academic challenges and I became a journalist. Motherhood has, nevertheless, given me new opportunities! I have been training myself in college in the art of silversmithing and the horrible and sad pandemic made me find love for painting again! Every cloud has a silver lining �

And nature paid us a visit last night. 🦇 ( I have had a baby falcon in my studio too!)
It was terrifying at first, but after an hour it became exhausting—for all three of us! Igor was worn out, and we were beyond tired.
In the end, we managed to guide him back outside, into the endless clear skies over the Fens.
The UK has been rather hot lately, so windows have been open more than usual and for much longer. Living in the countryside in East Anglia, we’re used to sharing our space with nature... but this was a little too close for comfort! 🫣
