Could not be prouder of our choir, as of yesterday we have officially broken the £10k raised for Dorset Cancer Care Foundation. all just by turning up and singing each week! I would never have dreamed when we set it up that we would have our lovely bunch of singers and the beautiful sound that we all make! @

Well what a fantastic start 2026
For the choir and great funds raised for the charity already

We are nailing songs really well now - With so many new people the blend of voices is wonderful

Still quite small with just over 30
People but nice because we all get to chat to each other and that’s what the community choir is about

But exciting news we have 3 dates for events for the first quarter

What a fantastic first night back

Great to see all the familar faces and catch up

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the new people that came and visited tonight- we had so many I had to put the camera on panoramic!!!

Fantastic group already sounding very blended. What an exciting time ahead AND an amazing amount raised for th DCCF Charity

Catch the DCCF Choir committee on BBC Radio Solent in the morning on the Josh Bowness daytime show sometime between 11 and 12 talking about DCCF and why we set up this lovely choir to raise funds for them. How exciting!

To finish our December postings, a montage of videos from our John Lewis Performance - watch out 2026 when we are back with new songs, new members and new events.
