🌿 A New Chapter for an Incredible Woman

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting this incredible woman this morning. Her story moved me deeply. After experiencing domestic violence at just 23, she’s faced obstacles most people will never see!.. yet she stands here today with a strength and resilience that is nothing short of inspiring.

May this cover‑up mark the beginning of her new chapter.
May it remove the pain and barriers that tattoo once held.
And may it now stand for power, strength, and the resilience she’s carried through every part of her journey.

Today wasn’t just a tattoo,it was healing.
It was reclaiming.
It was joy.

Thank you for trusting me with something so meaningful.
No tags on this one… but I promise you, tears of joy were shared this morning.

Here’s today’s piece keeping my hand warm, staying creative, and slowly building a little collection from the bits that nearly got forgotten.

Today I had the honour of doing two incredibly meaningful tattoos.

These were for Kristen who, just a few days ago, heartbreakingly passed. The weight of that loss sits heavy, and the sentiment behind these pieces is something words will never fully capture.

I knew Kristen, and I know his family. As a small gesture of love and respect, I didn’t charge for these tattoos, and I won’t charge his mum or his sisters when they’re ready for theirs. Carrying someone you love in the form of ink might seem small to some… but to those who cherished him, it’s everything.

Kristen will walk with them every day and I’m honoured to have been trusted with that.
