Know any LEGO fans in the Derbyshire area?

Bricks in the Roundhouse is a charity Lego show to be held over the weekend of the upcoming bank holiday at the Barrow Hill Roundhouse, Chesterfield.

Doesn’t show every display as the museum photographers were struggling to get through the crowds!
But it’s a good oversight of what the brick weekend is all about..

Two days of brick building and modelling at the Norfolk and Suffolk...

Hope those of you who attended the Family Fun Day event at the museum today enjoyed my humble display.
Lovely to chat to so many of you and to hear so much positive feedback about last weekend’s Brick Exhibition.
I’ll be sure to pass all of the kind words on to the guys.
I’ll be back at the museum for September’s Battle of Britain Event Day with my display, after that it’s down to the serious business of planning for next years Brick Exhibition!
Again, thank you.

You didn’t think we were finished for 2026 quite just yet did you?

Hot on the heels of last weekend’s successful Brick Exhibition, David the ‘Lego side’ organiser of the event will be back at the museum for this Sunday’s Family Fun Day with his own Lego built display ‘The Red Planet’!

David doesn’t typically display his own builds at the main exhibition as he’s usually busy running around trying to make it run smoothly so this provides a unique outreach opportunity for any local organisations, individuals or media to talk with him about the event.

If nothing else it’s another amazing Lego display at the museum for you all to enjoy!

Sunday 9th August, The Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum, Flixton.
Family Fun Day
10:00hrs - 16:00hrs.

Because one weekend of brick built awesomeness is never enough!

Well that’s 2026 wrapped up for the Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum Brick Exhibition.
We needed you to turn out in support and you didn’t disappoint!

We hope that you enjoyed all of the LEGO built creations on display over the weekend and know that we don’t make a penny from it so the admission all contributes towards the museum.

The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum Brick Exhibition will return in 2027.

Until then, thank you.
