🌸FOR ANYONE LIVING WITH OR BEYOND CANCER, INCLUDING A FAMILY MEMBER, PARTNER OR FRIEND.🌸

💫Relax and Rebalance to the gentle therapeutic sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drum and voice.
Sound baths can help to:
~reduce anxiety
~improve sleep quality
~lower blood pressure
~ induce feelings of wellbeing, positivity and empowerment 💫

🌟🌸Padded mats (or camping chair if you prefer) and eye coverings provided, please bring a blanket and cushion or pillow for your comfort, and a drink of water.🌸🌿

TUESDAY JULY 14th, 3-4.15pm

A few spaces left, for anyone living with or beyond cancer, or a family member, partner or a friend.

Do get in contact if you would like to come and haven’t got a space yet. Padded mats, or camping chairs if you prefer to sit, are provided, also eye coverings (new lavender filled ones!); please bring your own blanket (a light one! ☀️) pillow or cushion, and a drink or water.
