Having the most peaceful few days in Tuscany, winding down with my paints and writer friends at this most beautiful place The early morning view across the valley from my bedroom with emerging from the mist is quite mystical Glorious to see again a glorious watercolour of Venice by and one of me and Clara, our goat, also several paintings by me!

It’s just over a week before my talk on Friday 8th May in the Court House. I’m looking forward to discussing my book, ‘An Artist’s Life’ with my friend and fellow writer # We met rather magically years ago when she rode past The Loft where Michael and I lived near Snowshill, so we’ll be sure to be sharing memories of my life with Michael and his extraordinary talent, with our audience next week. Back to the day job - I’m in my happy place. After over a year devoted to ‘An Artist’s Life’ I have found room to concentrate on my own painting again. I have learned so much having self published my book, about the mechanics, the business side 😳, my incredible support system (you know who you are!), and have had the joy of reconnecting with old friends and Michael’s collectors all over the world who generously lent images of their paintings. There will be more to come shortly on the book as I continue to spread the word of my genius husband , but this painting is for where you can find my work hanging whilst you enjoy their fantastic fare
