Serendipity is in the air. Lee’s obituary is published today in the paper and we are honoured to have Amira Harris read tonight at the Tabernacle as part of my Allen Ginsberg Iron Horse performance. Which is round the corner from Alchemy, Lees head shop which was the fulcrum of counter culture for decades in the area.
As well as the mighty Raja Ram, resident Shpongle wizzard, mentor and great friend to myself, Lee and whole community!
Tonight’s “Happening” is all about celebrating and honouring the community of counter culture through the ages.
I’m super psyched

We had a conversation with , the Paris-based Iranian photographer, about the Kurdish struggle in Northern Syria, the unreported war crimes and the violence and impact on innocent women and children. Her book, “Rising Among Ruins, Dancing Amid Bullets” is a photographic documentary of her work in Syrian and Iraqi Kurdistan since 2012.
