I run a thriving, well-established school in Cornwall (Duchy Dance Academy ), where we focus on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for being active in a fun, supportive environment.

Allstar cheerleading is a high-energy sport that combines tumbling, jumps, stunts, dance and teamwork in a choreographed routine performed to music. Unlike traditional cheerleading, Allstar cheer teams perform routines designed to showcase athletic skills, precision and performance.

Athletes learn:

🤸 Tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels and handsprings

✨ Jumps and flexibility

💃 Dance sections within routines

👯 Team stunts and formations
