Staff at Bristol Children's Hospital have been whipping up cakes that Piella Bakewell would be proud to call her own! 🧁🍥

As part of the hospital's 25th anniversary, each ward went head-to-head in a bake-off competition. From edible ambulances to out of this world space-themed bakes, the judging panel – comprised of hospital staff and former The Great British Bake Off contestant Briony May – were spoilt for choice! ☺️

After a rigorous tasting process and online vote, the overall winner was Ashley from the SONAR team with her alarmingly good ambulance! 👏

Fancy hosting your own bake-off? 🍰Register for Wallace & Gromit's BIG Bake today and raise some dough for sick children and babies across the South West: https://rebrand.ly/bigbake

During autumn, robins switch from their loud spring songs to a distinct ‘autumn song’. Not unlike our ‘Rockin’ Robin’, who happily goes tweet, tweet, tweet! 🍂

Trail artist, Hannah Bone, drew on her love of birds to give Gromit a red-breasted makeover. Did you spot this territorial pup on the trail at Ashton Gate? We’d love to see your photos. 👇

Can you believe it’s been a year since this happened? 😮

On this day, we said goodbye to our 50 showstopping sculptures as they went to their fur-ever homes at auction. With Helena Newman commanding the room, 57 lots went under the hammer before a packed live audience. The gavel dropped and gasps filled the room as £2 million was raised for The Grand Appeal, supporting Bristol Children’s Hospital. 👏🎉

How much of a criminal mastermind can you handle?🐧

We’ve restocked the full lineup of Feathers McGraw soft toys. Which master of disguise will you choose? The tiny bit-villainous penguin or the giant option? 🤔

Whatever-sized feathered foe you choose, be vigilant, as they’ll always be plotting their next devilish plan! 👉https://rebrand.ly/e3ommci

Hands up if you'd love a giant Gromit to match! 🤩

4… 3… 2… 1… ‘Thunderbirds Are Go!’ 🚀

On this day in 1965, the iconic Thunderbirds first aired on British television. This Shaun was inspired by the green Thunderbird 2 from the series. During the trail, the late David Graham, the show's voice artist, stopped by to say hi and take a photo. He voiced the legendary characters Parker, Brains and Gordon Tracy in the original TV series. 🥰

We think you’ll agree this Shaun is truly F.A.B! 🤩
