Bristol Playgoers Club

Bristol Playgoers Club A friendly group who stage script-in-hand performances of modern and classical dramas and comedies. ‘Playgoers’ is Bristol’s oldest Theatre Club.

Its membership will, once again, have the opportunity of
enjoying the widest possible choice of plays in the form of rehearsed play-readings. Those wishing to take
an active part may be invited to act, direct or help backstage. In addition to play-readings, numerous
social events and theatre outings complete the season's programme. A warm welcome is guaranteed to
all, newcomers and existing member

s alike. Meetings take place at Newman Hall, Grange Court Road,
Westbury-on-Trym, at 7.20 for 7.30 p.m. From September to April each year
