Today is World Mental Health Day💚

For young females in Brighton & Hove, mental health is one of the biggest challenges they’re facing.

📍 Brighton & Hove has higher rates of mental health diagnoses among young females aged 2–19 than the rest of Sussex, alongside higher rates of hospital admissions for self-harm than the national average.

We create a space where young females can connect, express themselves, build confidence, find community and feel heard — without the pressure of having to put everything into words.

This World Mental Health Day, hear from our parents about Project Female’s impact.

Because sometimes support starts with simply finding somewhere you feel you belong💜
