One of the first stage performances of The Iron Boot Scrapers. Afore the we were a stilt walking band called Poles Apart Stilts. Here we are playing in Egypt at a Muslim version of Butlins.
Previous years they had had us playing on stilts. This year, via the agent, we offered them a more expensive price on stilts, and a cheaper on on the ground.
I think they didn't read the contract, but just opted for the cheaper price. When we got there they asked us where the stilts were..., fortunately they were still in the UK.., they begrudgingly had to put up with us on a stage..

Last night's gig at The Tea Bar. Quite the night and thanks to everyone who turned up.
