Huge news for our little label this morning! IAN announced for Roadburn Festival 2027!! 🙌🖤🔥 Big thanks to Becky Laverty, Walter and the Roadburn team for having these beauts along!

“When we asked you to tell us what was happening in your local underground, one of the names that kept coming back to us from the UK was IAN. You told us about their debut album, about the impact of their live shows, and the amount of love for them was impossible to ignore. When we featured them as part of our underground explorations, your response only made that connection stronger.

So we kept listening. And now we’re incredibly excited to take that conversation one step further: IAN will bring their unique, cinematic take on post-metal to Roadburn 2027 for their first ever show outside the UK.

Sometimes following your curiosity leads somewhere special. We have a feeling this will be one of those times.”

“Crawling out of the darkest crevice of Eastbourne, this gruesome sludge metal quartet have made a real name for themselves across the South of England. Known as one of the heaviest bands in the UK today, Black Groove have been packing small venues, drawing in more and more fans of disgustingly loud, heavy music through word of mouth.

Now Black Groove are ready to channel that vicious intensity and colossal heaviness into their forthcoming second album Work Yourself To The Bone, recorded live with producer 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 (Pascagoula / Believe in Nothing) and featuring the art of ☠️

The album is to be released on the hellish Friday the 13th of November on Vinyl, CD and Streaming via independent Brighton based label HUMAN WORTH (home to IAN, Remote Viewing, Pleb and many more). A portion of Human Worth’s profits from the sales of Work Yourself To The Bone will be donated to registered UK charity Survivors’ Network, supporting survivors of sexual violence and abuse across Sussex.” ~ PR Trail
