What a wonderful evening we had with the lovely people of Chipping Norton last night! Thanks for braving the hot weather to be with us; it was lovely to meet so many of you after the show and hear how much you enjoyed it.

We had so much fun with you all at the Tower Theatre last Saturday and we can't wait to do it all again soon! Thanks to all the team at Tower Theatre for making us feel so welcome.

With standing ovations both nights, we had a fantastic weekend of music here at The Tower!

Thanks so much to our visiting acts Not The Rolling Stones and Johnny and June for two brilliant evenings, we hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed hosting you.

On this day in 1968, Johnny proposed to June on stage in front of 7,000 people in London, Ontario in Canada.

"...he walked up to the microphone and said, 'Will you marry me?' just like that on the stage, and I choked and I said, 'You got to be kidding!' I said, 'Quit. This is not happening to me, shut up!' You know, I wanted to answer with some kind of glamour, but there’s no glamour to it. It’s yes or no and the show must go on, so I said yes."
