Yup… the price just went up!

Taking care of my yourself first is imperative! You cannot pour from an empty cup. As an empath other peoples emotions and energies run through me on high frequency and naturally I give from my cup to help heal and nurture their minds and souls forgetting that my own also needs feeding.

Having time away has enabled me to refuel, recharge and refocus on giving my energy in the right places!

Always working and reflecting with the view of upgrading.

They say practice makes perfect. These videos are only days apart. I enjoy a reteach and always aim to set a mood/feel. I can see the subtle differences between the two. Improvements no matter how small are still a step forward.

I honestly don’t know why I was getting in my head so much choreo was defo a bit of me and I really wanted to execute it but I was defo tired at this point lol. Loved the encouragement from my girl cheering me on and getting this footage for me. Love ya girl.

So on Saturday I decided to get out of my comfort zone with and attend an all day work shop hosted by the team and I had such an amazing experience. This was the beautiful choreo. I haven’t danced like this in years so I was hella rusty BUT I still jumped all in and fricking loved it!!! Absolutely loved that the girlies also grabbed tickets and attended.

Goal for 2022 attend more external classes and push myself to be better and do better ❤️🖤🤍
