With the success of the Conferences for the Music Industry (CMI) and the launch of the new Absolute Music Open Mic & Showcase nights, th
e team behind them have launched the South Coast Music Network. With the simple aim of gathering all the movers and shakers across the South once a month, the network will provide a vital hub of community for the music industry. The informal meet will take place on the final Monday of the month and will include artists, producers, retailers, studio owners, managers, engineers, representatives from industry and many more. Each meeting will have a theme and guests to present on their business. This will be an amazing chance to meet and chat, discover new opportunities and engage with friends and colleagues. Alongside the monthly meeting there will be trips to mainstream music industry events such as The Great Escape, RADAR and BBC Introducing's Amplify.
