This label and other like Moving Shadow, Ram Records, Good Looking Records really put Drum and Bass in front of new audiences including myself and whilst it’s never really hit the mainstream like other genres, save for big name acts like Chase and Status it’s always the one thing that I go back to time and time again.

It will be interesting to see how this one pans out.

Surely the point of Eurovision is to unite people for a common purpose, music?

In my rose tinted mind they should be above politics, above conflicts and allow the countries themselves determine whether they take part.

Otherwise Eurovision themselves are deciding who is right, who is wrong.

Fought some heavy traffic last night to just make in time to see CMAT. First saw them on Jools Holland and then their great Glasto performance (on telly!).

The o2 Acadamy was packed last night so this isn’t my video. I was right at the back but I had a full view of the stage (with my limited vision, ha).

I’ve had at least 3 copies of this album over the years. Vinyl, CD, Cassette. Lord knows where 2 of them are!

If I remember correctly, In the night (used for The Clothes Show) and Paninaro were the new tracks on that album.

Pet Shop Boys’ first “Disco” LP of remixes was released in 1986, including remixes of PSB by Arthur Baker and Shep Pettibone. “Disco 5”, the latest instalment in the album series, will be released on CD and vinyl this Friday at the link below and features Pet Shop Boys’ remixes of Tina Turner, Noel Gallagher, Paul Weller and more.

Just watched this fascinating interview that summarises where Google are with AI. The investment, environment, societal impacts and more.

It addresses the hype, the errors and frames it.

As a doctor told me a couple of years ago on my diagnosis. Statistically I’m 70% right which means there’s a 30% chance I could be wrong. I was surprised by this admission as we place 100% trust in our professionals, but this this the norm for the industry, specialists are higher and thankfully pilots ✈️

As Sundar says, those that use the tech will push forward and that 70%, maybe 80% next time using BOTH human judgement and the information provided by the tech.
