To help out Adam C in this difficult chapter of his life we have made a 1 of 1 Limited Edition skateboard of his Toyota Chaser - Signed by Adam himself.

Adam has been diagnosed with cancer and he'll be going through chemotherapy over the coming weeks/months so we thought we would do something special to help him out!

The winner will receive:
