Great to have met up with Neil Archer, and his family, whilst they are on a flying visit to the UK from their home in the USA. Neil, along with Philip Randles, Joanne Powell, Andrew Nix, David Redfern, Jackie Gibson, and a few others, were know as the Harworth Youth....(that was around 40 years ago now). Neil donated his model of the Christie Organ to the society earlier this year which is being used as a collection box at the dances and concerts for donations to help with the up keep of the Christie. The organ sounded great in his capable hands. Well done Neil and safe travels. Hope it won't be too long before your next visit. 🎶
