Absolutely this! 🙏👏🏻

Not all Burlesque acts are sexy.

Some are funny.
Some are ridiculous.
Some are political.
Some are emotional.
Some are designed to make you laugh.
Some are designed to make you think.
And some are designed to make a statement.

One of the reasons I love Burlesque so much is that there are no rules about the story you choose to tell.

A performer can step onto the stage as a glamorous showgirl, a mischievous comedian, a powerful protester or a completely over-the-top character.

Burlesque is one of the few art forms where individuality is not only accepted, it's celebrated.

No two performers are ever quite the same.
And that's exactly how it should be.

Tickets are on sale for the first ever East Anglia Winter Burlesque Fest! Whether youre an established performer or an absolute beginner wanting to experience something new, you will be very welcome!
Come and join us for a fun day of a variety of workshops, some stalls to browse and a showcase to watch and youre welcome to perform in!

Again, you may be just dipping your toes and wanting to experience performing on stage in a friendly and supportive environment, or you may be more experienced and wanting to try out a new act or get footage and photos of you performing. Showcase performance slots are open to all attendees on a first come first served basis. Your photos and video will be provided at no cost. You will also be able to opt to recieve professional feedback and advice on your performance.
