What a difference a couple of months makes. I painted the male Splendid Fairy Wren back in January and finished the female over the bank holiday weekend. I will try the male again at some point as I loved watching these birds and their chicks flying around the garden in Australia. But next I am on to bigger things, feeling ill at the moment, but watch this space!
