Attended the 143rd Annual Exhibition at on Saturday and had a fantastic time! My painting was showcased alongside an incredible lineup of artists. Exhibition runs until early January.

I’m sure a lot of creative people or I suppose anyone in general feels like this.
With no consistency in my practice over the summer, I feel I’ve lost my flow, I’m constantly questioning myself and feeling lost.
I know once I’m back in the studio and working consistently that feeling will fall away to an extent!
So I’m not going to sweat it and try to go with the flow, well that’s the plan anyway 😀

Play, experiment, develop are key to my practice.
For me a sketchbook is a space where ideas are allowed to be rough, where mistakes aren’t just welcome, they’re part of the process. It’s where play and curiosity take the lead, and pressure takes a backseat.
