From what we’ve seen, it looks absolutely fantastic – packed full of familiar faces from the Dreams’n’Wishes family ❤️ and led by D'n'W Directorial alumni Charlotte Pearson, who brought you the award-nominated Come From Away and Disney's - The Little Mermaid 🐟🌊

With that pedigree behind it, it’s safe to say you’re in for a brilliant night of theatre – laughter, heart, and a little bit of mischief along the way 😏

Say hello to Gary Coleman, the no-nonsense superintendent of Avenue Q, played by the wonderful Liz Ewang!

Once a child star, now keeping the neighbourhood in check, Gary tells it like it is, with plenty of sass, sarcasm, and sharp wit.
He may have seen it all, but he’s not afraid to call out the chaos around him (and collect the rent while he’s at it!).
Bold and hilarious, Gary Coleman brings a whole lot of personality to Avenue Q.🔑🏡✨

"This ain’t your mama’s house. You drop trash in the hallway, you pick it up—or I’ll make you wish you did."

What is the best part of being in Avenue Q?

“The best part of being in Avenue Q has been discovering it from the inside out. Coming into the show without knowing it well, and not having had the chance to see it in the West End, every rehearsal has felt like a behind-the-scenes glimpse that very few people get to experience.
It’s made it very clear why so many people love this show, myself included! There’s something special about watching it come to life piece by piece, and I’m really looking forward to stepping into the role of the great Gary Coleman, which has quickly become one of my favourite names to answer to!”

Don’t be fooled by the cute face… the other half of the Bad Idea Bears are here, and Victoria Heath will be playing this adorable part! 🐻

This Bad Idea Bear is sweet, giggly, and just as delightfully dangerous as her partner in crime. With a cheerful smile and an innocent tone, she’s always ready to encourage the absolute worst decisions, making mischief seem like a very good idea indeed.
Charming, chaotic, and hilariously mischievous, she proves that temptation often comes in the cutest packages! ✨

“I’m definitely the last one on the dance floor—I just love dancing, and I never quite feel ready for the night to end!”

Why do you think it’s a good idea to see Avenue Q?

“I honestly think Avenue Q is such a brilliant show to see. The cast is unbelievably talented, and even in rehearsals I find myself laughing all the time, so I can only imagine how much the audience is going to enjoy it. It’s one of those shows that really sticks with you!”

Uh oh… here comes one half of the Bad Idea Bears! Please welcome Luke Skeel to Avenue Q! 🐻

Sweet, smiley, and seemingly innocent, these cuddly troublemakers are always ready to offer the worst possible advice at exactly the wrong moment. This Bad Idea Bear is cheerful, persuasive, and just a little too convincing when it comes to encouraging chaos.
Adorable on the outside but dangerously mischievous underneath, he’s proof that not all bad decisions feel like bad decisions at the time!

“My biggest guilty pleasure is visiting Disney Parks or running to a musical theatre playlist”🎭

“I mainly use it for watching Youtube and listening to music, but I'm also really into graphic design, so I also spend a fair bit of time working on posters (etc.) on Canva

Why is Avenue Q one of your favourite musicals?

“Avenue Q is unlike anything I've seen before. While it begins as an affection (though far more racy) parody of children's entertainment programmes, by Act 2 it truly becomes "Sesame Street for adults" - a hilarious, and equally heartfelt, guide to the messy world of adulthood”
