ARE YOU INTERESTED IN CHEAP TICKETS FOR LEGER DAY?????
Doncaster Racecourse are offering community groups the potential to buy Leger Day grandstand tickets at a considerably reduced price of £25 as well as help raise monies for group funds. This is dependant on selling a minimum of 25 tickets. Please let us know asap if you are interested & how many tickets you would like.
This is the 250th Leger to be held on Saturday 12 September.

There are still some tickets available for this excellent event on Saturday. The Velvet Sundays have very kindly forfeited any performance fees and all proceeds will go into the festival funds.
Paula & Mark are a very popular local duo with a sound of their own, charismatic vocals and intricate guitar work. So please come along for an enjoyable evening.

BATTLE OF THE IDLE DAY - Bawtry Town Hall on Saturday 27 June
Hopefully you all have your Anglo Saxon outfits at the ready & are coming along to enjoy this event next Saturday being organised by the Bawtry Heritage Group. The reenactment is being carried out by the local Danum Vikings professional reenactment group & they will also have lots of displays to see. So just come along.
PLEASE NOTE
Due to short notice cancellation of the Hog Roast the venue for that aspect has now changed to Feast from 4pm for food, music and fancy dress competition.
This is an event not to be missed so please all come along and share in the enjoyment of the Battle of the Idle Day
