What an epic day! From start to finish the standard was FULL OUT, cannot express this enough! Dancers, you brought it! Huge thankyou to all of our wonderful event staff - the day would simply not run smooth without you, and to our wonderful adjudicator for the day, Amy!

We are now in prep for our up coming E2C UK STREET competition in July this year! Teachers get in touch for info! Set routines will be released in April!

One more sleep to go until our first event of 2024! Looking forward to welcoming all of our dancers and spectators to the venue tomorrow for a fun-filled day of competitive cheer!

The trophies are ready, the dance floor is waiting, the dancers are prepped! All that’s left to do is enjoy an amazing day of cheer dance! 🤩🔥

• Doors open for teachers at 9am, doors open to dancers and spectators at 9.15am
• The event will start promptly at 10am, starting with set solos for all ages!

💓 10am round 1 of set solos
💓 1.30pm/1.45pm set solo awards for all ages
💓 2.15pm warm up for duos
💓 2.30pm duos all ages
💓 approx 3pm finish

🔥 INTRODUCING OUR ADJUDICATOR FOR THE WEEKEND! 🔥

The lovely Amy Brown will be returning to E2C UK this Sunday to adjudicate, Amy is a great friend of us here at E2C UK and we trust her judgement entirely when it comes to selecting our finalists! 💃🏽

⭐️Meet Amy!⭐️
I am trained in a variety of styles including Cheerleading, Cheer dance, Street dance, Lyrical, Contemporary, Pole fitness, Burlesque, Heels, Jazz and more. I have been dancing for over 18 years and teaching for over 10. I have competed in many cheer dance and hip hop/ Street Dance competitions and received many titles. I have trained dancers to go on to become professional dancers on cruise ships and commercials. I have trained and choreographed teams who have gained titles and won many competitions. I have recently opened up another school in a second location, which has been a huge success and growing everyday!

On the day I will be looking for performance, strength, technique, lines, style and confidence! I am so looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday!

⭐️ 2024 CHEER DATES ARE IN! ⭐️

We have 2 dates booked in for events this year, both of which are in Barrow-in-Furness! Open to all dance schools and suitable for beginners to advanced performers! Our comp days are set to run in 3 sections, with a chance for dancers to compete in cheer 4 events!

⭐️ CHEERDANCE SET SOLOS SECTION 1⭐️
The first event of the day where dancers from each school compete in up to two set solos each, ranging from newcomer level (dance 1), to elite level (dance 5). These dances are pre-set and teachers can gain access to these by registering for the event.

⭐️ CHEERDANCE TEAMS SECTION 2 ⭐️
Section two is for non-stunt cheer dance teams! Broken down into 5 & Under, 7 & Under, 9 & Under, 11 & Under, 13 & Under, 15 & Under, and 16 & Over! Prepare to battle it out for 1st Place!

⭐️ CHEERDANCE DUOS SECTION 3 ⭐️
The final event of the day will be duos! Teachers please prepare your dancers a duo comprising of 8 - 16 bars to be performed to our choice of upbeat music on the day! Dancers be prepared to dance through the rounds to take home the gold in your age category!

We can’t wait to bring to you our first in-person events since 2019 pre-covid! We had a blast then, and we expect nothing less in 2024!

Aaaand that’s a wrap! We have absolutely LOVED the online Elite To Compete UK Cheerdance event!!

We had over 240 video entries, and our fabulous judge Sam had a total blast adjudicating! Well done to all dance teachers who entered their schools, and well done to all dancers and cheerleaders who participated. We can’t wait to be back at face to face events, for which the prep begins now!
