So very saddened to hear that Basil has played his final gig. 😢 He was always such a huge part of the atmosphere at the pub and our b**r festivals — in fact, our most requested and most booked act, which says everything about how much he was loved. Some of my favourite times as landlord were when Basil was playing — the place just came alive.
Sending heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and bandmates — his music family. Thank you, Basil, for all the joy, laughter, and brilliant memories. You’ll be deeply missed
