So folks, I've been doing a bit of me stuff today. I made this fretless upright bass guitar from various bits and bobs and finished it with a 'Psycho Clown' cover. It will be used instead of my 3/4 upright bass which has a longer scale and is a bit of a handful. This is much more hand friendly.✌️🫶🎸

So folks, I've taken the Klira archtop guitar off of eBay. I couldn't bare to part with it! So instead I have listed this Epiphone ES-335 Dot. It was made in the Peerless factory in 2009 and has some very tasty upgrades. The pickups are a Seymour Duncan Pegasus/Sentinel set and it has a Les-trem tremolo unit. Listing number -198211353178.

So Folks here's another eBay listing. It's a vintage archtop guitar by Eko. Made it Italy in the mid 1960's. The model type is P100 and it has all its original fittings plus an additional humbucking pickup and control plate. A very nice playable guitar with a great sound. Listing number -198208805085.

Well folks I'm making rather slow progress on the Klira restoration. Unfortunately I ran into problems with the tremolo unit. The supplier sent the wrong type which was not suitable and then spent days procrastinating. So I've ordered one from elsewhere. I'm hoping to get it in a couple of days. Then it will be strings on and away we go!

Hello Folks. Here is my latest guitar restoration. It's a vintage German archtop guitar by August Strohmer and branded 'Astro'. Built in early/mid 1950's. It has had a neck reset, new bridge, tail piece and humbucking pickup. It bares the marks of the years but sounds and plays beautifully. It is on eBay listing number -198166162596.✌️🫶🎸

Here we have a Gallotone Wonder f-hole acoustic guitar. Known as the first model that a very young Jimmy Page owned. John Lennon also started on a Gallotone, but the cheaper Champion model. Made in South Africa in the 1950's and imported into the U.K. So these 70 year old guitars were at the start of British rock music. This one is listed on eBay and is in very playable condition.
