With over 50 years leading the Belfast Twelfth Parade, our annual visit to Glasgow to lead Lights of Glasgow No Surrender LOL 440, and a proud tradition of musical excellence stretching back over 100 years, there’s never been a better time to become part of the Millar Memorial family.

Have you ever fancied learning to play in a band? Now is your chance!

Millar Memorial Flute Band is getting ready to start our new beginners classes, and we’re looking for boys, girls, men and women of all ages to come along and give it a try.

Whether you’ve never picked up an instrument before or you’re completely new to band life, you’ll be made very welcome. 🙌

The band is looking forward to next weekend when we will once again lead St Simon’s Total Abstinence RBP 901 at the Last Saturday parade in Dundonald. We’ll be parading Sandy Row on Saturday morning with the main parade moving off at 12noon in Dundonald

During the parade with Royal Black District No1 on Friday night in Dundonald the parade stopped at Lime Tree Nursing Home allowing the band to play a couple of tunes for the residents. Here’s the band playing a crowd favourite, Killaloe
