40 years of James 🎉

James officially hit the big 4-0 earlier this year, but with a joint family party celebration happening tonight, we thought it was about time we marked it here too.

He started EnterTec over 20 years ago which, somewhat terrifyingly, means he’s now spent more than half his life running the company.

From those early days to the team, clients, projects and relationships that make EnterTec what it is today, it's been a journey!

So here’s to James, everything he’s built - with plenty more still to come. 🍻

Not everything we create starts with a flight case. 🔨

A little behind-the-scenes action from the EnterTec workshop, with the team getting hands-on with some custom set production.

Set building is another part of what we can bring to a production - designed and built around what the project needs, then integrated with the wider technical delivery.

Because sometimes the right solution isn’t sitting on a shelf. You have to build it.

There are some events we’re always happy to see back in the diary. 🍻

Aston Clinton Beer Festival Clinton Beer Festival is one of them.

It was another brilliant weekend of live music, great beer, food and community spirit - all while raising money for some fantastic causes.

We’ve supported ACBF for a number of years now, providing the power, stage, sound and lighting that helps bring the festival together - and it was great to welcome back Andy Mahaffey and his fabulous lighting skills once again.

As a local business, it’s one we’re particularly proud to be involved with - and a great reminder of what events can do when a community gets behind them.

With the brilliant team behind ACBF taking a well-earned break next year, we’ll have to wait a little longer for the next one.

Huge congratulations to the organisers, volunteers, performers and everyone who came along and supported this year’s festival.

Enjoy the break, team. We’ll see you in 2028. 🍻

Not every venue has a loading bay.

Some require a crane.

We recently worked alongside Technovation to support the technical delivery of a series of spectacular live events aboard a cruise ship sailing through the Nordic coastline, featuring performances from John Legend, Kevin Cronin and Arrival.

Delivering technical equipment to a cruise ship presents a very different set of challenges to a traditional venue. Equipment first had to be transported to the quayside, before being carefully lifted onboard by crane and installed ready for the events.

It's a great example of how successful technical production relies on far more than the equipment itself. It takes detailed planning, trusted logistics partners and close collaboration to ensure everything arrives safely, on time and ready to perform.
