Yes, I’m still here! 🧸❤️

I’m busy working on your beautiful keepsake bears, but if I seem a little quieter this week, it’s because my tiny south-facing sewing room is about to turn into a sauna! ☀️🥵

I’ll be sewing during the cooler hours where I can, so your keepsakes are still very much in progress. Thank you for bearing with me while I try not to melt! 😂

🐻❤️ A very special memory bear ❤️🐻

This handsome bear was created from a beloved father’s jacket and will hold a special place in his family’s heart.

The large motif on the back of the jacket was so important to preserve that I had to enlarge the bear pattern to make sure it could be included. The fabric was certainly challenging to work with, but I think the finished bear was worth the extra effort!

To make him even more meaningful, ashes were carefully placed within the bear, creating a treasured keepsake filled with love and memories.

Now he’s patiently waiting for his most important role yet – being a very special guest at his daughter’s wedding. 💕✨

I’m having a short break from making memory bears, but I’ll be back very soon.

My sewing room is completely full this month with all your special items waiting for their sprinkle of magic, and I’m so grateful for your continued support and patience.

Although I’m taking a pause from creating, I’m still answering messages, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to discuss a future memory bear.

Thank you all for keeping me busy with your treasured memories. I can’t wait to get back to creating for you soon! ❤️✨
