It is hard to believe that the little girl in the first photo is now preparing to head off to university to study Medicine.

Erin joined ADS at a very young age, full of enthusiasm and a love of dance. What followed were years of classes, exams, rehearsals, performances, friendships, achievements and memories!

Along the way, she developed the commitment, determination, confidence and resilience that will undoubtedly help her as she takes this exciting next step.

At Amersham Dance Studio, we are proud to have been part of Erin’s journey and to have watched her grow into the remarkable young woman she is today.

Every dancer starts somewhere.

With a pair of tiny shoes, a first class, and a big step into the unknown.

Over the years, dance becomes so much more than learning steps. It builds confidence, resilience, friendships, and a sense of belonging. Children grow stronger, braver, and more sure of themselves with every class.

Olivia’s journey began right here as a little girl in tiny ballet shoes. Today, having completed her Intermediate exam and about to take her Grade 8 ballet exam, she is heading to university to study dance in September – a wonderful example of where that journey can lead.

At Amersham Dance Studio, we are proud to be part of that journey.

Yesterday these dancers performed three dances beautifully in between the rain showers and even adapted to a last-minute move onto the grass when the stage proved a little too small!

Professional, poised and adaptable as always, they took everything in their stride and represented the school brilliantly.

We are SO PROUD of Charlotte for making it through to the final 100 dancers in the UK Young Dancer Classical section!

Such an incredible achievement, and so well-deserved! Charlotte has gone from strength to strength in her ballet training with us over the last 12 years and we cannot wait to see what comes next! Wishing her all the luck in the world for the workshop finals!!! 🍀💕⭐️
