Guys we need to talk about the amount of cancellations and no shows! 🥴🥴

I know life gets in the way and we’re all struggling with the cost of living however no shows will never be acceptable. It costs me a lot to order in the supplies and equipment needed which all goes to waste when someone doesn’t show up! Not only that but time wasted on drawing designs (Which I usually do in my spare time at home) and spaces that other clients could have had. If someone doesn’t show up for their appointment with no notice given they will be banned.

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance at the very least (I know sometimes it really can’t be helped) to give me enough time to fill the appointment slot. If someone keeps cancelling the appointment they could chance losing their deposit.

This is why 50% deposits are a must! It covers the time it takes to research reference images, draw the design up, and the materials to set up. I hate to be so strict but I’m running a business at the end of the day and can’t risk to the loss.

I know this won’t affect most of my amazing clients! But there’s always the odd one 😅
