Hello....it's been a while!

I had a lovely few nights staying in Lossiemouth with George and the wee hounds to celebrate my birthday on Friday 🥰 Then we had a birthday tea at home with the kids and the grandkids....a perfect week 💫

Hope everyone is doing ok 😊

I'll be popping a post on later today with my updated Reiki availability for Sunday's in August & September and I can't wait to see you 🙏

Happy Sunday 🫶 hope you're having a nice weekend ☺️

We had a lovely walk along the river earlier, I love to be near water and find the sound of running water soothing!

Some clients love to have sounds of the ocean waves during their Reiki sessions 🌊

Some clients love relaxing music 🎶

Some prefer silence 💚

Whatever you prefer.....I can accommodate......it's your time 🥰

Thank you all so much for the shares and the messages, I appreciate every single one of them 🥰

I thought I'd repost the details of the sessions 💜 though I am known to spend longer than the timescale above 😅 probably because many clients feel they can chat to me before and after their sessions in full confidence 🫶
Anyone that knows me knows I like a good chat 😂
Equally silence is golden and I'll hold space for you in any way that's needed on the day 💚

I'm generally available at the salon on a Sunday or a Monday but during the school holidays it'll just be a Sunday as I'll be helping to look after my granddaughters on a Monday.

Distance Reiki is also available so I can help wherever you are in the world 🌍

I'm back 😊 though I never actually went anywhere....I just needed to find my way back to the start.....the reason for wanting to share Reiki.....the reason I chose this path...💚

Life got so busy I felt I was spinning plates....I needed to hit reset....I needed to pause 🧡 for myself, my family and my clients 💜

I feel stronger
I feel calmer
I feel ready

I can't wait to reconnect with you 🥰
I can't wait to share my beautiful gift of Reiki again 🫶
I can't wait to hear from you ✨

Happy Sunday everyone 🥰 a day to reset for the week ahead,which if you had a week like I had it is very much needed 😅

I took this photo yesterday when exploring a new walk near Huntly and it was taken at a moment of complete calm and contentment. The woods are the next best thing to the beach for me and we had a lovely afternoon 😍
