Leighton Morris Photographer

Leighton Morris Photographer Professional Photography for all occasions For as long as I can remember I have had a love for taking pictures or annoying family members.

But it had always been fun and I never pictured (sorry for the pun!) making a career from it. As a kid i thought photo mags were seedy so I never looked at them so it didn't gain inspiration to go in that direction. I literally stumbled into photography (professionally). My sister in law asked me to do her wedding photos. A question that came out of the blue as I had never done anything like it an

d didn't have the correct gear. I enrolled on a night class at Nash basically to teach me how to use an SLR camera. Whilst on the course I was asked to document Brecon Jazz in 2007 & 2008. 2008 I was fortunate to be one of 4 professional photographers to document the closing concert of Dame Cleo Laine & Sir John Dankworth where Cleo commented that she could not see anyone (due to the bright lights) but looked down my camera and said 'but I can see you'. To this day one particular photo from the concert is one of my favourites. Being the official photographer for a collective of DJ's in Bristol New City Sound allowed me to photograph The Shapeshifters, K-Klass, Danny Rampling, Junior Jack, Kid Creme & Joey Negro. Every job is different one day I can be photographing Princess Anne, the following on a crate 60 foot in the air photographing a bespoke house and the next doing a day of childrens portraits. For me you can not beat the face on a new bride when she see's her wedding photos for the first time.
