But the gallery was full from opening to close.

the way they reached out, spread the word, and brought people in with such care.
From a city of strangers, I received a welcome I never could have expected.
I am so deeply grateful.

The room was a mix of different ages, professions, and backgrounds,
yet the expressions on peopleโ€™s faces as they looked at my work - the way they looked at me when they shared what they felt -were all somehow the same.
A feeling of being connected across so much difference..
