Dancing in Park Güell 🩰🌅 One of my favorite places in Barcelona which also has one of the best views over the city!

Did you know Park Güell was never meant to be a public park? 👀

At the beginning of the 20th century, Eusebi Güell commissioned Antoni Gaudí to create an exclusive residential development on this hillside, with 60 plots surrounded by gardens, paths and Gaudí’s distinctive architecture 🏘️

The project was ultimately unsuccessful and was never completed. The estate was acquired by the city in 1922 and opened as a public park in 1926, transforming what was intended to be a private residential community into one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks 🌳

Dreams come true in Barcelona 🩰✨ Seeing the Sagrada Família from the outside is already magical but wait until you step inside 🤯✨ I was absolutely speechless 😳🤩

Gaudí envisioned the interior as a forest, with the columns branching out like trees and creating an incredible sense of height and movement. 🌳✨

He also designed the colourful stained-glass windows to bathe the entire basilica in shades of blue, green, yellow and red, creating a completely different atmosphere from sunrise to sunset, from the Nativity to the Passion. 💠🔥

Opera Magic 🤍 here’s to one more season at Palais Garnier 🩰✨

The ballet season is about to begin in Paris, and this season feels a little more special than usual.

From summer 2027, the stage of Palais Garnier will close for major renovation works until summer 2029. The building will remain open for visitors, although some areas may be affected by the works. But for ballet lovers, this marks the beginning of a new chapter.

So if you’ve ever dreamed of visiting the opera and seeing a ballet in this extraordinary 19th-century theatre… this is your reminder. 🇫🇷

🩰 First ballet of the season is « L’histoire de Manon », from Sept 27th to Oct 30th
