This is my contribution to , an international collaborative project capturing the ordinary details of the places we call home. Rather than focusing on famous landmarks, this project highlights the small, often unnoticed moments that define a city’s character.

April’s theme is “How We Move.” During a recent week back home in Helsinki, I moved through the city just as the locals do: on foot and by public transport. I wanted to capture how these everyday transitions look—from the rumble of the tram and the metro to the unique experience of taking a ferry as part of your daily commute.
