Today I’ll take a little time to talk about this lady Tamima Akter Tonu. She is my mentor, my tutor, and also a great human being. She has taught me everything about henna. I knew to make henna designs, but never knew how to do it properly, and professionally.

My journey started in mid 2023, although I had done henna designs so many times before, but not professionally. 2023 was the year, I thought why not learn and do this professionally. I tried alone and failed. During 2025, I started my classes with Henna supplier in Bangladesh, and everything changed since then. 🥹

I learned how to make organic henna, basic henna designs, how to practice alone at home, and more, bubu guided me through my henna journey till now. She is truly an inspiration, and an amazing person. My first learning henna experience started with her, and it actually feels like that she is a little part of me doing henna, and in my growth. ✨🌸

No, I am not sugarcoating bubu, it’s the experience I endured with her. You can see my work and how much I endured the learnings. 🥹🌸

All praises to Allah that he (Allah) made my henna learning experience easy and smooth. 🤲🏻

Bubu will always remain my first henna mentor, and In Sha Allah wherever I go, no matter how many henna designs I make, she’ll always remain the person in every designs I make, in my growth. In Sha Allah. ✨
