I had the privilege of doing a tauo’lunga during the sevusevu meeting of our Fijian and Tongan sides, seeing the war forts and burial grounds of ancestors.

It was such a short trip but I loved it. As soon as I got off the plane everyone was so nice 🥹 Fiji hits different for sure and the kava is no joke😌

In the span of 11 days I experienced the full range of human emotion. This will be a trip that will always stay with me. It will a take long time to fully digest what this meant to me but I do know one thing. It profoundly settled me, in so many unexpected ways.
