Addis Guzo Dance Group
Addis Guzo is a foreign charity organization established in 2012 to alleviate the mobility problem of the poorest people living with disabilities in Ethiopia. Further, Addis Guzo aims to empower people with disabilities by providing life skills, business skills, vocational skills, sport activity skills and other supporting measures, especially related to mobility aid by delivering wheelchairs.
#Movement Is Life program consists of two strands a performing company and dance training program for physically disabled people.
Jessie Brett- Project director and coordinator, main trainer and choreographer. Dawit Seto- Assistant director, main trainer and choreographer.
Dance Group Jessie Brett and Dawit Seto lead the performing group. The group includes disabled and non-disabled dancers and through performances promotes Inclusivity and a platform for disabled people to show them in a new light.
