Arianna is a force of nature: she is in charge of some of our biggest projects but her incredible management skills make this task seem like eating a piece of cake. She effortlessly jumps from a Russian speaking call to a meeting with an Italian city councilor or a general contractor around the world, while designing large-scale urban planning projects and leading a full team of architects. Oh, and she is a new mom too. Ari is an essential member of our team, she is like the pillar in our structure.

They say that people who love the color black have the most colorful minds. This quote is particularly accurate if applied to Dario, one of our most creative senior architects: his ability to transfer his impeccable taste in all of the projects he works on allows him to design a unique balance between minimal aesthetic and unconventional details.
Analytical, visionary and precise, he is also in charge of translating our fashion and lifestyle partner's DNA into the real estate world.

Determined, ambitious and goal-oriented, Cecilia is our jack of all trades. Whichever client, project, location, and level of detail The One Atelier needs to handle, she is the person to call.
Her design experience ranges from unique and eccentric villas in the vibrant Marbella, to luxurious hotels and spas perfectly set in the landscape of a remote area of China or Tuscany's Val d'Orcia, Unesco's World Heritage Site.
No matter what or where, masterplanning is her favorite activity.
