Warehouse Project is taking a fallow year in 2027 after 20 years… and honestly, the most interesting part isn’t the break itself.
It’s the question it raises about where clubbing is heading next?
For years, dance music has been about going bigger! Bigger venues, bigger lineups, bigger production, more dates.
But does bigger still mean better in 2026?
When so many events are competing for the same artists, and half the night has already been seen on Instagram before you even get there, maybe what people actually want now is something that feels different again.
WHP have said 2027 won’t be completely empty, but events will be on a much smaller scale.
So when it comes back properly… what should Warehouse Project 2.0 actually look like?
Smaller events? Longer sets? More underground lineups? Different venues? Cheaper tickets?
Or would you change absolutely nothing?
