¡Mi primera actividad de comisariado, "Cuerpo, pieles y horizontes posibles", se presenta en la 11ª Muestra Internacional de Video Artográfico de la Universidad de Granada!
Contará con la participación de artistas que se destacan por su aproximación al cuerpo y a la performance: Isabel Pérez del Pulgar, Francesca Leoni & Davide Mastrangelo, Francesca Lolli, Arthur Lacomblez y Francesca Fini.

Descripción:
Cuerpos que exploran su imagen en la fragmentariedad, que abordan la tensión entre su existencia individual y colectiva. Cuerpos que se entregan a impulsos depredadores y otros que solo buscan encontrarse en el goce de la piel. A través de diferentes matices, las piezas que componen el programa exploran el cuerpo y su representación audiovisual empleando recursos diversos, que van desde la performance hasta la fotogrametría. En sus búsquedas, la piel emerge delante de la pantalla evocando una tactilidad propia del lenguaje audiovisual digital, donde explorar el cuerpo es buscar formas de tocarlo y modelarlo a través de la cámara y los diferentes instrumentos tecnológicos disponibles.
La mayoría de las artistas aquí representadas desarrollan su trabajo tanto delante como detrás de la cámara y, especialmente, frente al ordenador. Su profundo conocimiento de la relación entre el cuerpo y la tecnología les permite explorar el potencial de esta última para la “resingularización la subjetividad” (Prada, 2023, p.92) y plantear otros horizontes posibles. Horizontes en los que los cuerpos no sean objeto de castigo ni explotación, y donde la tecnología no nos reduzca a meros productores de contenido, sino que permita desarrollar espacios para la imaginación afectiva, la experimentación y la exploración lúdica.

Description:
Bodies exploring their image in fragmentation, addressing the tension between their individual and collective existence. Bodies that surrender to predatory impulses and others that seek only to find themselves in the pleasure of the skin. Through various nuances, the works in this program explore the body and its audiovisual representation using diverse resources, ranging from performance to photogrammetry. In their explorations, the skin emerges in front of the screen, evoking a tactility inherent to digital audiovisual language, where exploring the body means seeking ways to touch and shape it through the camera and various available technological tools.
Most of the artists featured here work both in front of and behind the camera, and especially in front of the computer. Their deep understanding of the relationship between the body and technology allows them to explore the potential of the latter for the "resingularization of subjectivity" (Prada, 2023, p. 92) and to propose other possible horizons. Horizons where bodies are not objects of punishment or exploitation, and where technology does not reduce us to mere content producers, but instead enables the development of spaces for affective imagination, experimentation, and playful exploration.
