দেখো জংলায় হলো অমূল্য রতন
প্রেমের পবনে হারায় মূলধন
কিন্তু জানে না সকল, মূলধন নয় তার রূপ
দুপুর পাগল বলে, দেখ স্বরূপ।
"Behold, the priceless gem lies within the wild,
Yet in the gales of passion, its treasure is defiled.
But many fail to see—true wealth is not the face one shows,
Noonday Mystic says: look within, where the True Essence glows." __Noonday Mystic
Thematic Analysis:
This poem explores the conflict between external illusion and internal reality.
The Hidden Gem (জংলায় অমূল্য রতন): The "jungle" represents the chaotic, material world or the physical body. The "priceless gem" is the soul or inner conscience that remains hidden beneath the complexities of life.
The Loss of Capital (মূলধন হারানো): "Capital" (মূলধন) here refers to one's spiritual integrity or life’s true purpose. The "winds of love" (প্রেমের পবন) symbolize worldly attachments and fleeting emotions that often blow us away from our spiritual center.
Deception of Appearance (রূপ বনাম স্বরূপ): Most people mistake outward beauty (রূপ) for their greatest asset. However, the poet reminds us that physical form is temporary.
The Call to Self-Realization (দেখ স্বরূপ): Under the pen name "Dupur Pagol" (Noonday Mystic), the artist calls for "Swarup"—the discovery of the True Self or the Divine essence within. It aligns with your philosophy that while everything ephemeral is beautiful, only the soul’s beauty is everlasting.
