Your nervous system needs a reset.

This fast-paced world can be a lot at times and it's so important to pause sometimes, so we can fill our own cup again.
For me, regulating my nervous system has become such an important part of my life.
Reminding myself to take deep breaths throughout the day, meditate, move my body, eat in presence and stillness, and listening to and creating high frequency music are some of these practices. ✨
