Porque experimentar con los colores, probar cosas nuevas y dejarse llevar un poco también forma parte de la diversión.

¡Y de eso se trata, al fin y al cabo! 😉

Qué ilusión haber tejido el test del para Paola de paola albergamo , cuyo trabajo me encanta desde hace tiempo. Sus chales me parecen auténticas obras de arte. 🤍

Me enamoré de su motivo floral y del punto mosaico a tres colores, ¡y no he podido parar de tejer! 🌸🧶

Empecé con la idea de hacer el tamaño más pequeño, pero ya sabéis cómo va esto… 😅 A medida que avanzaba, me iba enganchando más y más, así que al final me he quedado con el mediano.

Tejido con tres colores de alto contraste de Seda40, que le dan mucha vida al dibujo. No te lo pierdas!

How lovely to have had the chance to test knit the Sylvan echos shawl for Paola paola albergamo whose work I’ve admired for a long time. Her shawls are little works of art! 🤍

I fell in love with the floral motif and the three-colour mosaic stitch, and I just couldn’t stop knitting! 🌸🧶

I started out planning to knit the smallest size, but you know how it goes… 😅 The further I got, the more hooked I became, so I ended up making the medium size instead!

Knit in three high-contrast colours of Seda40, which really bring the pattern to life. ✨

Thank you, Paola, for giving me the opportunity to be part of this project and get to know your beautiful work from the inside. It’s been such a pleasure! ❤️

Esta semana han pasado muchas cosas en Feliz y Punto, aunque no se hayan visto mucho por aquí ni en la tienda online. 🙃

El alijo de colores para Barcelona Knits sigue creciendo 💪🏻, hay mucho tejido entre manos y también colaboraciones chulas en marcha.

De esta semana me quedo con esta combinación de rosas: Haut, Whisper y Dried Wishes, que por primera vez se viene conmigo de festival.

Y por si se te había pasado, Duskmera, el color de Barcelona Knits 2026, ya se puede pedir. 😉

¡Que pases un finde bonito y, si cae un ratito de tejer, mucho mejor! 🧶

It’s been a busy week at Feliz y Punto, even if you haven’t seen much of it around here or in the online shop. 🙃

The stash of colours for Barcelona Knits keeps growing 💪🏻, there’s lots of knitting going on behind the scenes, and some exciting collaborations are in the works too.

But my favourite thing from this week has to be this pink combo: Haut, Whisper and Dried Wishes, which will be joining me at a festival for the very first time. 💗

And just in case you missed it, Duskmera, my special colour for Barcelona Knits 2026, is now available to pre-order. 😉

He tenido la suerte de formar parte del test de este maravilloso jersey y no he podido disfrutar más del proceso. De esos proyectos entretenidos y absolutamente adictivos que te hacen pensar en la siguiente vuelta incluso cuando tienes las agujas guardadas.

Some projects are a joy to knit and, on top of that, give you something you never expected.

I’ve been lucky enough to take part in the test knit for this wonderful jumper, and I couldn’t have enjoyed the process more. It’s one of those engaging and utterly addictive projects that has you thinking about the next row even when your needles are put away.
But the loveliest thing I’m taking away from this experience is getting to know Kat, my fellow countrywoman, a little better, and feeling that the beginning of a beautiful knitting friendship is taking shape. MAGIER ✨

A veces, los colores más bonitos aparecen cuando dejas de buscarlos.

Este tornasol nació así, en una tarde de pintar por el simple placer de hacerlo, sin una idea fija ni un resultado en mente. Solo probar, mezclar y dejarse sorprender.

Verdes, dorados y ciruelas se encuentran en un juego de matices que tiene algo de mágico y misterioso.

Me lo imagino tejido solo o acompañado de otro hilo, aportando profundidad y pequeños destellos.

Y ahora me puede la curiosidad… ¿qué os parece a vosotros? 💚

MAGIER ✨

Sometimes, the most beautiful colours appear when you stop looking for them.

This variegated colourway came about just like that, on an afternoon spent dyeing for the simple joy of it, with no fixed idea or particular result in mind. Just experimenting, mixing colours and letting myself be surprised.

Greens, golds and plums come together in a play of shades that feels both magical and mysterious.

I can picture it knitted on its own or paired with another yarn to add depth and little flashes of colour.

And now I’m curious… what do you think? 💚

Barcelona Knits 2026 · Duskmera 🌘

Hay un momento del día en que el azul del cielo se oscurece, los tonos vino y violeta cobran intensidad y las sombras empiezan a dibujar sus propios matices.

De ese instante nace Duskmera: un color profundo, intenso y lleno de matices, de esos que nunca se muestran del todo a primera vista. Basta mirarlo de nuevo —o tejer unas cuantas vueltas más— para descubrir algo diferente.

Un color para ir descubriendo sin prisa. Y para perderse un poquito en él. ✨

La preventa estará abierta del 15 al 25 de octubre, con recogida en Barcelona Knits.

Muy pronto os contaré qué calidades estarán disponibles.

Barcelona Knits 2026 · Duskmera 🌘

There’s a moment in the day when the blue of the sky deepens, w**e and violet tones come into their own, and shadows begin to reveal their own shades.

That moment is where Duskmera begins: a deep, intense colour full of subtle nuances, one of those shades that never reveals everything at first glance. Look at it again — or knit a few more rows — and you’ll discover something new.

A colour to explore slowly. And to get a little lost in. ✨

The pre-order will be open from 15 to 25 October, with collection at Barcelona Knits.

Hoy mi teléfono me ha enviado este bonito recuerdo. 🥰

El espectacular Felizy, diseñado por Daniela Daniela Reis | Patrones y clases de crochet y punto para Barcelona Knits 2023.

El color se llamaba Hauslífi: un color alegre y luminoso para poner un poco de alegría a los días de lluvia. 🌧️☺️

Recuerdo aquella colaboración con muchísimo cariño. De esas que pasan los años y siguen haciéndote sonreír cuando vuelves a encontrarlas.

Y precisamente ahora, que estoy a punto de desvelar el color que he preparado para Barcelona Knits de este año, me ha hecho especial ilusión que apareciera este recuerdo. ✨

¿Será este año tan fácil enamorarse de él? Pronto lo sabréis. 😉

Today my phone brought me this lovely memory. 🥰

The spectacular Felizy, designed by Daniela Daniela Reis | Patrones y clases de crochet y punto for Barcelona Knits 2023.

The colour was called Hauslífi — a cheerful, luminous colour to bring a little joy to rainy days. 🌧️☺️

I remember that collaboration with so much fondness. Some projects stay special, even years later, and still make you smile when you come across them again.

And just now, as I’m about to reveal the colour I’ve created for Barcelona Knits this year, it feels rather special that this memory popped up. ✨

Will this year’s colour be just as easy to fall in love with? You’ll find out soon. 😉

Días intensos de lluvia también ralentizan el trabajo en el taller: las alpacas se toman su tiempo para secarse y el merino con seda siempre se queda con esa pizca de humedad que parece no querer marcharse.

Pero, como suele pasar, nunca hay mal que por bien no venga. 😃

Cuando llueve no hago speckles: el pigmento se queda demasiado pegado y no se comporta como quiero. Así que estos días son perfectos para volver a los sólidos y semisólidos.

En la foto: Cabernet, Habana semisólido —con su fórmula de los primeros tiempos— y un color nuevo: Silt.

Silt tiene la gracia de que cambia muchísimo de una base a otra. Y en Seda40 y Mohair… me tiene bastante enamorada. 🤎

Este me lo guardo para Barcelona Knits. 😃

Intense rainy days also slow things down in the studio: alpaca takes its time to dry, and merino with silk always seems to hold on to that tiny bit of moisture that just refuses to go away.

But, as is often the case, every cloud has a silver lining. 😃

When it rains, I don’t do speckles — the pigment tends to stick too much and doesn’t behave the way I want it to. So these days are perfect for going back to solid and semi-solid colours.

In the photo: Cabernet, Habana semi-solid — using the original formula from the early days — and a new colour: Silt.

The fun thing about Silt is how differently it turns out on each base. And on Seda40 and Mohair… I’m quite in love with it. 🤎

I’m keeping this one for Barcelona Knits. 😃
