We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Chaz Lindsay to Oxford Uncorked 2026!
A Mississippi native and one of the most exciting culinary talents in the South, Chaz has built an incredible résumé that includes time in some of America’s most celebrated kitchens, including Craft, Colicchio & Sons, and the legendary Eleven Madison Park in New York City. After training at the Culinary Institute of America and spending time cooking in Italy, Chaz returned home to Mississippi with a vision of creating something uniquely his own.
Today, he’s the chef and owner of Pulito Osteria in Jackson, a MICHELIN-selected restaurant that has quickly become one of the state’s most acclaimed dining destinations. Known for handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and a style that blends Italian tradition with Southern hospitality, Chaz’s cooking is thoughtful, ingredient-driven, and deeply rooted in place.
What makes Chaz’s story even better? He came home to the Belhaven neighborhood where he grew up and built one of Mississippi’s most celebrated restaurants just blocks from where he rode his bike as a kid.
We’re excited to have Chef Chaz join us this July as we bring together some of the wine world’s most exciting producers, importers, and culinary talent for a day of incredible food, wine, and conversation.
