تؤكد إدارة مهرجان بورسعيد السينمائي ، برئاسة الناقد السينمائي أحمد عسر، أن وضع المهرجان آمن ومستقر بشكل كامل، وأن جميع التحضيرات والاستعدادات الخاصة بتنظيم الدورة الثانية تسير بصورة طبيعية ومنتظمة وفق الخطة الموضوعة، في ظل الالتزام الكامل بكافة الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية المعتمدة.
كما تؤكد إدارة المهرجان أنها قامت باتخاذ جميع الإجراءات والمخاطبات الرسمية اللازمة في مواعيدها المحددة، بما يضمن سلامة الموقف القانوني والإداري للمهرجان واستمرار أعماله بصورة طبيعية.
ويواصل فريق العمل مهامه بكل جدية ومسؤولية استعدادًا لتنظيم دورة ثانية تليق باسم بورسعيد ومكانتها الثقافية والفنية، وتحقق أهداف المهرجان في دعم السينما وصُنّاعها وفتح آفاق جديدة أمام المبدعين والشباب.
ونؤكد أن الصفحة الرسمية للمهرجان هي المصدر الوحيد لتصريحاته المعتمدة، وأن الإدارة القانونية للمهرجان ستتخذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة، دون تهاون، تجاه أي جهة أو شخص يثبت تورطه في أي ممارسات من شأنها تعطيل مسيرة المهرجان أو الإضرار به، مع اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة للحفاظ على حقوق المهرجان واعتباره الأدبي.
وتتوجه إدارة المهرجان بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى السينمائيين والصحفيين والإعلاميين وصُنّاع السينما والجمهور الكريم والمسؤولين، على دعمهم وثقتهم المستمرة، مؤكدةً أن هذا الدعم يمثل ركيزة أساسية في نجاح المهرجان واستمراره.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT
The management of Port Said Film Festival, under the presidency of film critic Ahmed Assar, confirms that the festival’s status is completely secure and stable, and that all preparations and arrangements for the organization of the second edition are proceeding normally and smoothly in accordance with the established plan, while maintaining full compliance with all approved legal and organizational procedures.
The festival administration also confirms that it has completed all necessary official procedures and correspondence within the designated timeframes, ensuring the sound legal and administrative standing of the festival and the continuity of its activities without disruption.
The festival team continues to carry out its responsibilities with dedication and professionalism in preparation for a second edition worthy of Port Said’s name and its cultural and artistic stature, while fulfilling the festival’s objectives of supporting cinema and filmmakers and creating new opportunities for emerging talents and young creatives.
We further affirm that the festival’s official page is the sole source of its authorized statements and announcements. The festival’s legal department will take all necessary measures, without hesitation, against any individual or entity proven to be involved in actions intended to obstruct the festival’s progress or cause harm to it. All appropriate legal steps will be taken to safeguard the festival’s rights and moral standing.
